How deep and how stable is the internal bench strength of the critical leadership roles on your revenue producing teams? We know that it is essential to have top talent performing in key positions at all times to realize our revenue growth and profitability targets. We also know that top talent is in demand, and that they need to feel challenged or they will make the jump for new opportunities on their timetable.
