One of the most significant things we do with our research arm of Chief Learning Officer magazine is managing the annual LearningElite benchmarking initiative. It’s our job to make sure the program rigorously analyzes and identifies the top organizations using elite L&D practices to deliver business value.
Honoring the organizations that achieve this distinction at the yearly LearningElite Gala is pretty significant, too. It offers the entire industry a high-profile, high-style opportunity to showcase and celebrate the ways exceptional workforce development strategies can lead to organizational success.
Our staff and I look forward to announcing 2020’s “best of the best” at this year’s LearningElite Awards Ceremony on Monday night, April 6, *during the CLO Symposium. This glittering, black-tie optional evening will feature a festive reception, plated dinner, recognition ceremony, plus special entertainment.
Being named to the LearningElite is a big deal. It’s become the industry’s most valuable benchmarking tool and a widely acknowledged mark of distinction. Honoring the organizations that achieve LearningElite status is a big deal, too. So, I hope you’ll be there to celebrate with us.
Separate tickets are required for the LearningElite Gala (*not included with your Symposium registration) and may be purchased here:
We hope to see you there!
