Mary Woolf is a senior manager in learning and leadership development in people advisory services for EY, a professional services firm with more than 260,000 employees. She provides services related to learning strategy and operations, learning technology, and learning curriculum from digital academies to senior leadership development programs. In previous roles, Woolf led global HR technologies for Yum Brands including the implementation of an LMS for more than 1 million employees. Additionally, she implemented ERP platforms for IBM, Symbol Technologies and the Walt Disney Co. Throughout her career, Woolf has focused on the practical application of learning and the value achieved through the integration of learning with business strategy.
